The US Senate has narrowly passed Donald Trump's spending legislation
with the Vice President JD Vance stepping in to cast the tie-breaking
vote.
The so-called Big, Beautiful Bill now moves to the House of
Representatives where lawmakers have similarly expressed concern about
the trillion of dollars the bill will add to the national debt.
