Fresh fighting has broken out between the M23 rebels and militiamen allied to the Congolese army in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The clashes come three days after the DRC government and the M23 rebels signed a Declaration of Principles in Doha that established a permanent ceasefire and the peaceful resolution of the conflict. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa....
