A soviet-made An-24 plane carrying 43 passengers and 6 crew members crashed in Russia's Far East Amur region bordering China. The jet was in service since 1976, but was reportedly in good technical condition and passed pre-flight service before takeoff. According to preliminary data, no survivors were spotted when a rescue team inspected the crash site area on helicopter.
