Bill clawing back $9b in government funding heads to House for final vote

A bill clawing back $9b in approved government funding for foreign aid and public broadcasting is headed to the House for a final vote, after Senators gave their approval Thursday morning. Passage of the rescissions package would be a victory for President Trump and his efforts to slash spending. Toni Waterman has more from Washington
