Japan's Nippon Steel has finalized its $15b takeover of US Steel - once a titan of American industry. The deal creates the world's second largest steelmaker which could pose a challenge to Chinese firms that dominate the market. It also gives Nippon a foothold in the US - and a way to avoid Trump's 50% tariff on steel imports. Toni Waterman has more from Washington.
