Leaders representing the 32 allies of NATO are gathering in the
Netherlands today for a summit that the military alliance is calling
'historic.'
Heads of state are expected to approve plans to significantly ramp up
defense spending and military capabilities.
The summit is also an opportunity for leaders to speak directly with
the U.S. President to discuss the ongoing conflict between Israel and
Iran.
