Trump: Russia-Ukraine negotiations to begin "immediately"

US President Donald Trump says negotiations between Russia and Ukraine
will begin "immediately" on ending the war in Ukraine.

However, his calls with the leaders of both countries did not elict an
immediate ceasefire.
