KING CHARLES TO ADDRESS CANADA'S PARLIAMENT

King Charles has begun a visit to Canada, with the backdrop of strained ties between Ottawa and Washington.

The King is becoming only the second British monarch to speak at the state opening of the Canadian Parliament.

He was invited to Canada amid threats by US President Donald Trump to make the country the 51st state of the US.

Journalist Tom Bower says Washington will be watching closely.

IN: 'Trump...
OUT: ...King.'
DUR: 30 seconds
