HAMAS SET TO REJECT CEASEFIRE OFFER

Hamas officials are signalling they will reject the White House's latest plan for a ceasefire deal in Gaza.

Hamas believes the plan doesn't satisfy core demands such as an end to the war.

Military analyst Major Andrew Fox says long-term solutions to the crisis look elusive.
