Grand jury indicts Wisconsin judge for allegedly helping immigrant escape ICE

A federal grand jury has indicted a Wisconsin judge on obstruction charges, after she allegedly helped an undocumented immigrant evade immigration officers.  

Judge Hannah Dugan has called her arrest unnecessary and says she is innocent.
