Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney has stood up to Donald Trump in
the Oval Office, telling the US president Canada "won't be for sale,
ever".
It follows repeated threats from President Trump to annex Canada and
make it America's 51st state.
The two leaders were meeting for the first time at the White House.
