A New York judge has ruled that disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein will be allowed to remain in prison when he is not required to be in court during his latest trial for sex crimes.
Jury selection is nearly complete in what is a retrial of his 2020 conviction, in which Weinstein was found guilty of rape and sexual assault.
