Wall St has rallied over the possibility of the US president Donald
Trump agreeing to trade deals to avert some of the tariffs on
America's trading partners.
However, the US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent has called China's
decision to impose retaliatory tariffs on the US a "big mistake".
