As the death toll following an earthquake in Myanmar now reaches the 3000 mark,
United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres says the disaster
has laid bare the deeper vulnerabilities facing people throughout the
country.
Last Friday's earthquake left thousands injured and dead.
Myanmar has been in the grips of a bloody civil war since the military
seized power in 2021.
