UN calls for "maximum restraint" in Kashmir

The United Nations has urged both India and Pakistan to show "maximum
restraint" and avoid any further conflict following a deadly attack on
tourists in Kashmir.
Relations between the two countries plunged to its lowest level in
years -- as India accuses Pakistan of supporting "cross-border
terrorism".
Gunmen this week opened fire on tourists in the area, killing at least
25 Indian citizens.
Pakistan has denied any involvement.
