Ukraine says U.S. “constantly changing” minerals deal

Ukraine's President says the United States is constantly changing the
details of a proposed minerals deal.

The new proposal reportedly offers no long term security guarantees
for Ukraine but ties it to a join investment fund from the income of
all its natural resources.
