The Democratic Republic of Congo has confirmed that it will send a delegation to Angola to participate in direct talks with the M23 rebels in order to resolve the armed conflict in the country's east. The rebels have also confirmed their attendance of the talks called by Angola's President Joao Lourenco. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa....
