KING CHARLES TREATED IN HOSPITAL FOR CANCER TREATMENT SIDE EFFECTS

Britain's King Charles has cancelled Friday public engagements after experiencing side effects from his cancer treatment.

He spent a short period in hospital on Thursday for observation.

The 76 year-old's cancer diagnosis was announced in February of last year.

Chief Royal Correspondent for Newsweek Jack Royston says sources suggest it's a minor setback.
