France prepares to host Ukraine support summit after Black Sea ceasefire

France is preparing to host a summit of the countries that may provide security guarantees to Ukraine after an eventual peace deal.

The Ukrainian president is due in Paris ahead of the conference for one-on-one talks with Emmanuel Macron.
