The European Union will take "a bit of time" before responding to new tariffs that are set to be unveiled by US President Donald Trump on April 2nd, according to Irish Prime Minister Micheal Martin.
Meanwhile President Donald Trump is encouraging the US central bank to cut interest rates as a backstop for his tariff plans.
