UN chief says the resumption of war in Gaza must be avoided at all costs

United Nations Secretary General, Antonio Guterres has appealed to
both Israel and Hamas to fully abide by their commitments in the
cease-fire agreement.
Guterres' remarks follows the announcement by Hamas that it'll delay
the scheduled release of hostages from Gaza claiming that Palestinians
continue to be killed in the enclave.
