First time BJP legislator Rekha Gupta to be sworn in as Chief of India's capital New Delhi

Rekha Gupta (Ray-Khaa Goop-Tah) is being sworn in as Delhi's Chief Minister after Prime Minister Narendra Modi's BJP party came to power in India's capital after 2 decades.

Gupta, a first time legislator was chosen by the party cadre to lead them on Wednesday - making her the only woman Chief Minister in BJP ruled states in India.
