EU leaders meet as U.S. tariffs loom

European Union heads of state are gathering in Brussels today to
discuss security and Donald Trump's threat of tariffs.

Keir Starmer is also attending the informal meeting marking the first
time since Brexit that a British prime minister has attended such an
event.
