Donald Trump's hush money sentencing could be delayed once again, as his lawyers appeal rulings in the case.
The US president-elect is due to be sentenced on Friday, but on Monday his attorneys asked Judge Juan Merchan to hold off while the appeal played out.
In May, Trump was found guilty on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records - making him the first president in US history to be elected with a criminal record.
Sally Patterson reports from New York.
