Supreme Court justices in Washington DC look set to clear the way for a law that would see TikTok banned in the United States.
The judges heard oral arguments on Friday to decide whether to uphold a bill to shut down the app in the US, unless TikTok is sold by its Chinese owner ByteDance by January 19th — that's a day before President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration.
The US government says, because of the connection to China, the social media platform is a threat to national security.
