U.S. President Joe Biden is considering whether to issue blanket pardons for several of Donald Trump's opponents, even though they've not been charged with any crime.
The idea would be to move preemptively before the President-elect gets into office to stop him from potentially acting with retribution, as he and his nominees have threatened to do.
