A judge in the US state of Delaware has reaffirmed her decision to rescind Elon Musk's massive stock-option compensation package from his company Tesla.
Judge Kathaleen McCormick ruled the deal was tainted by insufficient transparency and the high-profile CEO's influence over the board.
