Texas hospitals to start asking patients their immigration status

Starting today (FRIDAY), hospitals in Texas are required to ask patients about their citizenship status. IRepublican Governor Greg Abbott wants to know exactly how much Texans are paying to treat undocumented migrants. But critics say it's a political stunt  ahead of the elections where immigration is a top issue. Toni Waterman has more.
