At least 900 houses have been destroyed by floods in the northeast of the Democratic Republic of Congo after a heavy downpour caused a lake to burst its banks. Hundreds of the flood victims have sought refuge at a displacement camp with little food, water and other basic necessities. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.
