Rwanda's government spokesperson has accused the Democratic Republic of Congo's Justice Minister of "extreme provocation" for calling on inmates to volunteer information about "traitors" working with Rwanda and for vowing to arrest President Paul Kagame. DRC Justice Minister Constant Mutamba made the remarks while speaking to inmates in Munzenze prison in the eastern city of Goma. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.
