INTRO:
Catholic Bishops in the Democratic Republic of Congo have joined opposition politicians and civil society leaders in calling for the rejection of President Felix Tshisekedi's plan to change the country's constitution. The bishops said changing the text will cause unrest and more conflict in the country. But the DRC President recently said no one will change his mind about amending the constitution. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.
