Questions over Delhi's status as capital city amid smog crisis

For the fourth day in a row, New Delhi is enveloped by a thick, acrid smog with pollution levels still off the charts.

This is despite emergency measures that were implemented at the start of the week, with an aim to limit non-essential vehicular traffic and ban all construction activity.

Now one Indian opposition leader is saying the government should consider switching capitals, claiming New Delhi is 'unlivable'.
