European allies under pressure to allow Ukraine to use weapons to hit targets inside Russia

Splits are emerging between Ukraine's allies over the use of western military aid to hit targets inside Russia.

Despite U.S. President Joe Biden giving the green light for Kyiv to use long-range missiles on Russian territory, some European nations are not prepared to follow suit.
