The European Union's Foreign Affairs Chief Josep Borrell has
reiterated his support for Ukraine to use long-range missiles to
strike targets in Russian territory.
This comes as the Biden administration has reportedly given a green
light for Kyiv to use U.S. supplied weapons to be used in such a
manner.
Moscow says the move marks a new round of tension in the conflict.
