EU divided over ICC announcement

European Union member states have been divided in their reaction to
the ICC's decision to issue an arrest warrant for Israel's prime
minister.

The EU's top diplomat says the decision is binding but Hungary's
leader has assured Benjamin Netanyahu of immunity.

Warrants have also been issued for Israel's former defense minister
and the Hamas military leader.
