Zelenskyy to present victory plan to European Council and NATO

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is in Brussels Thursday to
present his victory plan to NATO defense ministers.

Zelenskyy announced his plan to Ukrainian lawmakers on Wednesday which
includes an unconditional invite to join the military alliance.
