UN forced to shut some aid operations in Northern Gaza

The United Nations says no aid is currently reaching northern Gaza.
Speaking on Wednesday, UNRWA Head, Philippe Lazzarini said at least
400 thousand people are trapped in the area.
There's a new round of evacuation orders from the Israeli Authorities
and the says many people are being forced to leave again.
