A UK government minister has said they are trying to rebuild trust in politics, after the Prime Minister paid back more than six thousand pounds ($7800) in gifts and hospitality.
The money paid by Sir Keir Starmer covers six Taylor Swift tickets, a trip to the races and a clothing rental agreement for his wife.
After weeks of negative headlines, Sarah Jones, the Minister for Industry has said the government is looking for a reset on the issue… and will tighten the rules on gifts politicians can receive.
