Swift Security Decision Questioned

Senior UK politicians have been accused of putting 'undue influence' on law enforcement to provide royal-level security for Taylor Swift.


The Metropolitan Police reportedly agreed to a blue-light escort after interventions by the home secretary and the mayor of London.


Taylor Swift performed five shows at Wembley in August - a week after her Austrian gigs were cancelled because of a terror threat.


The Met Police insist decisions such as this are made after a 'thorough assessment' of threats.


Culture secretary Lisa Nandy defended politicians getting involved in the decision making process…
