Significant gaps remain in China EU trade talks

The European Commission has warned that significant gaps remain in
finding a resolution to an escalating trade dispute between the EU and
China.

This comes as additional tariffs of up to 36 percent on Chinese
electric vehicles are set to come into effect at the end of the month.
