Musk $1m Pennsylvania lottery raises legal concerns

Elon Musk has promised to give away $1 million a day to voters in Pennsylvania.

The tech billionaire - and supporter of Donald Trump - is targeting
the crucial swing state ahead of the US presidential election on
November 5th.

To be eligible to win, voters must sign a pro-constitution petition
created by Musk's campaign group America PAC.

However, the lottery has raised questions, with scholars saying the
scheme is illegal.

Democratic Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro also said he was against
the lottery during an appearance on NBC.

IN: "I think..."
OUT: "....look at."
