Maine mass shooting survivors set to sue Army and Defense Department

Survivors and families of the victims of a deadly mass shooting in Lewiston, Maine last year have taken the first step towards suing the US Army, an Army hospital and the Defense Department. They claim the federal government was negligent in responding to threats made by the alleged shooter - an Army reservist -  in the leadup to the attack.   Toni Waterman has more.
