Italy seeks legislation to entrench Albania asylum center scheme

Italy's government is scrambling to pass legislation that would
safeguard its policy of sending asylum seekers to processing centers
in Albania.

It comes after a court ruled questioned the legality of the program
and ordered 12 people be returned from Albania.
