India's Foreign Minister has accused China of reneging on border agreements once again.
This comes even as New Delhi and Beijing have recently said they're trying to disengage along disputed border areas.
A border clash between troops four years ago in the Himalayan region of Ladakh has still not been resolved, with New Delhi saying this will be the fifth winter that soldiers will remain actively deployed along that frontier.
