The US Supreme Court will hear arguments today [TUESDAY} over federal regulations on untraceable firearms known as "ghost guns'.
The Biden Administration is challenging a lower court ruling that it doesn't have the authority to apply existing gun laws to methods that allow people to build their own firearms at home.
