Time has run out for residents of Central Florida to evacuate before monster Hurricane Milton makes landfall. And officials are telling people to hunker down. President Joe Biden says Milton could be the most catastrophic storm of the century. It’s packing wind gusts of 150mph and is expected to bring a storm surge of up to 13 feet when it hits late Wednesday into Thursday. Toni Waterman has more.
