DISPOSABLE VAPES TO FACE BAN IN ENGLAND

The sale of disposable vapes in England will be banned from next June.

The government says it's to reduce environmental damage and protect the health of children.

One study found around a million people in England vape without ever having smoked cigarettes.

Critics claim vaping has helped millions of adults give up smoking, and say a ban will lead to a black market which will put children at risk.

Hazel Cheeseman - the chief executive of Action on Smoking and Health - says the ban is important despite uncertainties.
