Zelensky: Russia is preparing to target Ukrainian nuclear power plants

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has been working to shore up more support for his war-torn country during his visit to the United States. He spoke at the UN security council in New York warning members that Russia was preparing to target three Ukrainian nuclear power plants.
