UK Inflation Remains Above Target Rate

Inflation in the UK was unchanged last month at 2.2 percent. 


The cost of fuel fell, as did prices at restaurants and hotels… but there was a jump in the price of air travel, especially to European destinations.


Inflation remains above the Bank of England's target rate of 2 percent, but well below the highs of just over 11 percent in October 2022.
