Texas sues to block Biden’s abortion privacy rule

Texas has filed a lawsuit seeking to block a new Biden Administration rule that would protect the privacy of women who have traveled out of state to receive abortion care. Nearly all abortions are banned in Texas, forcing tens-of-thousands of women to cross state lines for care every year. Toni Waterman has more.
